For each initiative you select, we develop a bespoke Statement of Work with specific objectives, detailed timelines, and measurable milestones. You choose the engagement level — from strategic oversight to fully integrated implementation.

Value Engineering compensation is contingent on the annualized savings each initiative actually generates. Your costs go down first — our fee comes out of the difference, and the full benchmarked savings are yours going forward.
